Ratings news

The New York Times reports that the Nielsen company will be releasing viewer ratings for television watching that occurs outside the home by using a cellphone tracking system. That might be good news for CNN or CBC Newsworld since they seem to be always on in airports and hotels. The same can be said for sports networks. I like this quote from the rep: "Nielsen has a mandate to follow the video wherever it goes."
