The latest on Internet radio
Here's a recent piece in arstechnica about the decision to delay the royalty fees hike for Internet radio stations in the United States. A new Internet Radio Equality Act has been put forward in the House of Representatives that would tie royalty payments to percentage of profits which are similar to those that govern satellite radio and which would keep many stations on the air. The final decision will come in mid-July.
