I know the Juno's are no treat, and the artists nominated for them are usually pretty useless in every way except record sales, but the Black Eyed Peas? Sophisticated? They might be technically international, but I would just call them mediocre and leave it at that.
If you think having the Black Eyed Peas perform at the Junos proves Canadians have "sophisticated" taste, I deplore the credibiity of your degree. The Junos recognise nothing but record sales and muchmusic exposure, and the Black Eyed Peas are sophisticated like WWF.
